Domestic Shipping: Usually delivered within 3-5 days after the order is processed. International Shipping: Delivery times vary depending on the destination and may take longer. Customs fees or import duties may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. Payments are processed securely through Shopify. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information. Any fraudulent activity will result in immediate termination of the transaction and may result in legal action.

Returns and Refunds:

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you’re not completely satisfied with your MothSynth purchase, you can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To initiate a return, please contact us via email at mothsynthcontact@gmail.com with your order number and reason for the return. Please note that the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.

Intellectual Property:

All content on the MothSynth website except for the explicitly provided opensource software and, DIY schematics and GitHub repositories, including product designs, logos, text, images, and non-opensourced software, is the property of MothSynth or its content suppliers. You are allowed to build your own mothsynth, modify and redistribute the software, but you are not allowed to use our logo and design elements without written permission.
